Made for everyday moments

Dragonfly Bakehouse is a new bakery in Burlington, Vermont built around the simple pleasure of good bread. We make sourdough and focaccia with care, patient fermentation, and ingredients chosen for honest flavor.

Our bakehouse changes with the seasons: think zucchini bread in late summer, cozy pumpkin loaves in fall, bright lemon and blueberry bakes, and apple-forward favorites. There are also cookies for every craving and wholesome dog treats for four-legged members of the family.
